These terms apply to your use of www.wonder-4.com and the travel services of WONDER4 INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED (“Wonder4”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or booking with us you agree to them.

1. Our role

We act as a travel agent, arranging services supplied by third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport companies. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to the services they provide, and we will make these available on request before you book.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation. Prices may change before confirmation due to supplier or currency changes.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated in each quote. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier conditions, which may include fees or non-refundable amounts. We will tell you of any charges before processing a request. Our service fees, where applicable, are stated in your quote.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health documents and insurance required for your trip. We can provide guidance, but entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in arranging your travel. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather, strikes, government action or health emergencies, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content on this site, including text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Photographs are provided by contributors on Unsplash under the Unsplash licence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which WONDER4 INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
